IT Technician

**Job Title**: IT Technician

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain hospital IT systems, networks, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Ensure the security and integrity of hospital data and patient records.
- Support electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital management software.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Assist hospital staff with IT-related issues and provide necessary training.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and IT security protocols.
- Experience with hospital management systems (HMS) and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and provide quick IT solutions.
