We are seeking a dedicated and detail - oriented process associates to join our team who is responsible for engaging with clients after the completion of sales to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to facilitate additional services and post sales documentations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Post sales documents preparation as per company format.
- Collect, Analyze and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Update and manage data entry processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Coordinate with bank representatives for loan process on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular check and maintain quality standards.
- Perform daily operational tasks accurately and within established timeframes.
You will be good fit if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 years of experience in documentation and improvement process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite. (Excel and Word),
- Attention to details and a high-level accuracy.
