**Job Summary**:We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads, build relationships with potential customers, and convert them into loyal clients. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our IVR Call Broadcasting Machine with Simple Tone to businesses across various industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and prospects within the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation techniques.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our IVR Call Broadcasting Machine with Simple Tone.
- Conduct product demonstrations via phone or online platforms to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of our solution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, nurture prospects, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our product in the market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer needs and market insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 1-2 years in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- xcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our product.
- Knowledge of IVR technology, call center operations, or telecommunication solutions will be an added advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Additional regional language proficiency is a plus.
