**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential clients in the **derma, aesthetics, and medical** segments and generate qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and distributors.
- Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients to support their decision-making.
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to improve conversion rates and overall performance.
- Monitor team KPIs, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the telesales team to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
