**Role & Responsibility**:

**Investigation Management (Health/CI/PA Claims)**
1. Required to assign, follow up, get the investigation completed as per requirement from the field investigators & share the findings with the claims team.
2. Required to visit to the hospital, for meeting the treating doctor/pathologist, for filing police complaint etc. if required.
3. To Maintain the investigation & investigator payment MIS with all the records of the investigated claims.
**Skills & Competency specifications**:

Skills required:
1. Experience of Health Claims adjudication and Health Claims Investigation.
2. Sound medical knowledge & able to identify gross medical discrepancies in the hospital records.
3. Ability to get the investigation done by the investigators/agencies as per the requirement.
4. Comfortable in intra-state, inter-state traveling for investigation purpose/filling complaints etc., if required
