As an Account Assistant at Senwell Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of accounting and financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance**:
- Accurately record financial transactions, including expenses, income, and bank transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- **Invoice Processing**:
- Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary documentation for invoicing.
- **Expense Management**:
- Monitor and manage expense reports, verifying receipts and approvals.
- Assist in analyzing expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Financial Reporting**:
- Prepare and assist in the generation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial data for management review and decision-making.
- **Compliance**:
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and support audit processes.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information and support financial initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in accounting, including exposure to a CA Firm.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in financial activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
