Paliath Interiors is hiring an Interior Estimator responsible for calculating the costs associated with interior design projects, including materials, labor, and overhead. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of interior construction and design processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cost Estimation**:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior projects.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify necessary materials and labor.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to gather necessary project information.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure proposals meet client expectations.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on material costs and industry trends.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including timelines and payment schedules.

**Project Analysis**:

- Review and assess project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Monitor project costs throughout the implementation phase, adjusting estimates as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in the interior design
- Familiarity with interior design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
