**Job Description: Sales Executive**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our interior design company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our interior design services and products. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, preferences, and budget constraints of prospective clients.
- Present our interior design services and products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative solutions that meet clients' aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software or other sales management tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of interior design principles and trends is a plus.
- Availability to travel locally for client meetings and industry events as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
