**Competencies**
- **Essential familiarity with Telecom Design specific to the US region.**

**- A strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to Telecom systems is crucial including knowledge of structural codes and compliance with local Jurisdictional codes.**

**- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.**

**Note:

- Experience in Telecom designing Is mandatory**

Conduct detailed analysis of customer inputs using site survey images and provided documents.
- Design site plans, elevations, tower plans and equipment layout plan on AutoCAD for telecom projects.
- Possess strong knowledge of client requirements across multiple telecom projects, including equipment, structures, and cabinets.
- Adapt to working on multiple telecom projects with changing requirements.
- Interpret and analyse client specifications to create practical and efficient designs.
- Perform conductor, disconnect, and conduit sizing based on applicable equipment standards.
- Follow checklists to ensure design accuracy, precision, and quality compliance.

**Requirements**:
Strong 2D AutoCAD skills, knowledge of layer management, XREFs manipulation, etc.
- Basic understanding of drafting principles.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex requirements and adapt to changing project needs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to details and effective organization.
- Skill in reading, interpreting by referring related documents and drawings prepared by others.

**Qualifications: Education and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour)**

**Minimum Education Qualifications**:

- Education: BE/ Diploma (GIS/Geo-specialist/Civil),
