Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and develop content optimization strategies.
- Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, meta tag creation, and content updates.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, campaign performance, and search engine rankings.
- Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating, curating, and posting engaging content.
- Develop social media campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media platforms.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO, SEM, and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and other team members to produce effective marketing materials.
- Identify and implement growth strategies for SEO & SMO, including testing new keywords, platforms, and content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO and SMO or related roles.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO-related tools.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in SEO/SEM or digital marketing.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and PPC.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
