**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to handle inquiries or resolve concerns.
- Follow communication scripts and maintain a professional and courteous tone with customers.
- Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and explain product/service features.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team, as required.
- Maintain records of conversations and update CRM software or databases accurately.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as assigned.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up on leads and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve call quality and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Language(s): English, Hindi
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment.
- Ability to handle objections and turn negative responses into opportunities.
- Multilingual abilities to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Strong listening skills to identify customer needs effectively.

**Work Structure & Compensation**:

- **Type of Engagement**: Full-Time
- **Working Hours**: 10 AM - 7 PM
- **Compensation**: Monthly salary + Commission on targets
- **Location**: Swift Radiant, A.S. Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, On-Site

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
