**Role Overview**

As a Clay Artist at Aartaa Decor, you will be responsible for shaping, molding, and handcrafting clay-based components for our luxury decor products. From conceptualization to finishing touches, your artistic touch will bring our designs to life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Hand-sculpt clay prototypes and final decor pieces
- Collaborate with designers to interpret and execute creative concepts
- Experiment with textures, forms, and finishes
- Manage clay preparation, molding, drying, and firing processes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the studio
- Ensure consistency and high-quality craftsmanship in every piece

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in ceramic or clay modeling (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of clay materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to follow design specifications and artistic direction
- Eye for detail and creativity in forms and finishes
- A degree/diploma in Fine Arts, Ceramics, or a related field is a plus

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**
- Experience with molds, slip casting, or glazing
- Familiarity with mixed media or sculptural installations
- Prior work in luxury/home decor brands
