**Requirement for an English Teacher ** **(EAL/ESL)****:

- PYP for the IB Curriculum.**
- **Urgent Requirement for an EAL (English as an alternative language) certified Teacher for PYP (Primary)**:

- Master's in English and Literature
- Cambridge IGCSE/ International baccalaureate IB - Diploma Programme would be preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience for IB (experience in a school abroad is a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers and others.
- Positive attitude.
- To provide international students with English language skills of life-long value,
- specifically, to improve their communicative ability in speaking, listening, reading and writing
- To share knowledge about students’ abilities and needs in English and to encourage
- teaching staff to use this knowledge effectively in planning, teaching and student
- grouping.
- Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners.
- Ability to participate in and establish collaborative structures.
- Proven ability to develop successful Academic programs.
- Willingness to collaborate regularly with colleagues in a positive, constructive manner.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Recent and relevant professional development in teaching and learning.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience working in an IB/IGCSE schools.
