**We are hiring for Social Media Executive with Video Editing**

- As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to produce visually stunning videos and graphics that resonate with our audience and enhance our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and optimize video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Design graphics, reels, and other multimedia assets tailored to each platform's specifications and audience preferences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform future campaigns.
- Stay updated with trends in social media, video editing, and audience behavior to craft innovative content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Manage and grow the community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective content formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [required language(s)].
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics software like After Effects.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization for social media.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).
- A portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and video editing work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
