Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities:
1. Production Planning:

- Ensure the efficient utilization of available resources, including labor, machinery, and materials.

2. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and control raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Collaborate with the store department to optimize material availability.

3. Capacity Planning:

- Assess production capacity and make recommendations for capacity expansion or optimization.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure machinery and equipment availability and reliability.

4. Quality Control:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address production-related quality issues.

5. Resource Allocation:

- Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to various production processes and workstations.
- Monitor and adjust resource allocation as needed to meet production goals.

6. Production Monitoring:

- Continuously monitor production processes, identifying bottlenecks, delays, or other issues.
- Implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and downtime.

7. Cost Management:

- Control production costs by optimizing resource usage and minimizing waste.
- Evaluate and implement cost-saving measures in production processes.

8. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on production performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

9. Team Leadership and Development:

- Supervise and lead production teams, including operators, technicians, and other staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team skills and performance.

10. Compliance and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of production processes, schedules, and quality control measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
