Let’s talk about the team:

- As a Sleep Coach, you focus on helping people achieve their sleep health outcomes. Reporting directly to the Virtual Consumer and Channel Lead you will be a natural communicator with pride and personal interest in what you do._
- Our industry is forever evolving, so we’re not a fan of the “not my role” type of behaviour - we’re a team, we help each other, and our customers are at the heart of what we do._
- To succeed in this role, you will have the following -_

Let’s talk about the role:

- _ Interaction with patients who may have symptoms of sleep apnea through the phone -_
- _ Consultation with patients who wish to connect to a Sleep Coach to understand their symptoms of sleep apnea_
- _ Recommending solutions to diagnose their condition, if necessary._
- _ Recommending suitable products for managing Sleep Apnea_
- _ Achieving sales target_
- _ Helping patients who have undergone sleep study understand their reports and suggesting solutions to manage their disorder_

Let’s talk about you:

- _B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ B.Sc / M.Sc (Any science field)_
- _2-3 Years medical sales experience willing to work from home is MUST_
- _Good Communication skills_
- Note: this is a full time opportunity with ResMed on 3rd Party Payroll._
- Location:_
- Anywhere in India or the Head Office in Delhi_
- Position-Specific Skills/Experiences_
- _ Good understanding of OSA and treatment_
- _ Good verbal and written communication skills_
- _ Sales orientation_
- _ Experience of Business to Consumer sales is preferred but not mandatory_
- _ Goof analytical skills_
- _ Good at operating web based tools for database management_
