**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a Creative Visualizer with experience in real estate marketing who can conceptualize impactful campaigns and guide the design team in executing them. You will work closely with graphic designers to bring creative ideas to life across digital and print media.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for marketing and branding.
Provide creative direction and input to the graphic design team.
Work on both static and motion graphics concepts.
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all materials.
Collaborate with marketing campaign execution.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Familiarity with both digital and print marketing materials.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
