**Job Title**: CNC Turner

**Department**: Production / Manufacturing
**Location**: Butibori
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC turning machines (lathe machines) to produce metal parts and components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set up machines, load materials, select tooling, and input correct machining parameters.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during machining processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Document production activities and complete relevant reports.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI Machinist trade or equivalent.
- Minimum 2years of experience operating CNC turning machines.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Familiar with G-code programming and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of tool selection, feeds, and speeds for different materials.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and ISO standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with CNC program editing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
