**General Overview**:
**You Will Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience as a Web and IIS administrator
- Experience with cloud and/or SaaS operations
- Solid knowledge of operating in cloud-based environments, especially Azure & Oracle cloud and exposure to Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Experience managing Website Infrastructure. Must have built websites with SAAS, PAAS, IIS, Apache, Tomcat.
- Web server load balancing knowledge
- Experience as a SharePoint 2007 or SharePoint 2016 administrator (SharePoint online experience unnecessary).
- Experience in Agile environments - Agile scrum/ DSDM and Kanban and knowledge of software engineering best practices (SDLC)
- Deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolving issues in Dev, Test, UAT and production environments.
- Review and recommend innovative technologies for existing and future projects
- Knowledge of scripting in Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell, and other related languages
- Overview of trending technologies which include Oracle, SQL Server, MS.Net, ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, GraphQL, NodeJS, SharePoint, PeopleSoft, Business Objects and Drupal.
- SharePoint development using the document object model will be advantageous
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and working of the helpdesk
- Knowledge of operating in cloud-based environments, especially Azure
- Hands-on experience with automated software management tools such as TeamCity, Terraform, Docker & Kubernetes.
- Active Directory, DNS and DHCP general knowledge
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- MCSA, MCITP or MCSE (certified will be advantageous)
- SQL Server and Oracle Database course will be advantageous
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and documentation
