**Overview**:
As a Tele Caller at Property Equation, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone to generate leads and schedule appointments for our real estate agents. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with prospective clients and assisting them in their property search process specifically in the Bhopal region.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Bhopal and surrounding areas from provided leads or databases.

**Lead Generation**:Identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties within Bhopal.

**Qualification**:Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and preferences for properties in Bhopal.

I**nformation Dissemination**: Provide accurate information about properties available in Bhopal, including pricing, amenities, and available services.

**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads specifically in Bhopal.

**Follow-up**: Follow up with leads in Bhopal to ensure continued engagement and nurture relationships.

**Database Management**: Maintain and update client databases with relevant information pertaining to properties in Bhopal.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from Bhopal-based clients and communicate it to the appropriate team members for continuous improvement.

**Achievement of Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting within the Bhopal market.

**Adherence to Scripts**:Adhere to provided scripts and guidelines for effective communication with Bhopal-based clients.

**Requirements**:
**Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English to engage potential clients effectively, especially those in the Bhopal region.

**Customer Service Orientation**: Customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs specific to the Bhopal real estate market.

**Persistence**: Persistence in follow-ups and lead nurturing to maximize conversion rates among clients in Bhopal.

**Time Management**:Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet deadlines while focusing on Bhopal-based leads.

**Team Player**:Ability to collaborate with team members and support overall business objectives, particularly within the context of the Bhopal real estate market.

**Previous Experience**:Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
