**Position**: School Bus Driver
**Location**: Suraj School, Sector 56, Gurugram
**Reporting To**: Transport Incharge / Administration

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Safe Transportation** - Drive the school bus safely on assigned routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of students and staff.
- **Vehicle Maintenance** - Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain cleanliness, and promptly report any mechanical issues to the Transport Incharge.
- **Compliance with Rules** - Follow all traffic laws, RTA regulations, and school transport policies.
- **Student Safety** - Ensure proper seating, maintain discipline on the bus, and assist young children while boarding and alighting.
- **Route Adherence** - Follow the designated route and schedule without deviation unless instructed by the school authorities.
- **Record Keeping** - Maintain trip logs, fuel usage records, and any incident reports.
- **Emergency Preparedness** - Be able to handle emergency situations calmly and assist students in case of breakdowns or accidents.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Valid **Heavy Vehicle Driving License** with PSV badge (Passenger Service Vehicle).
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as a bus driver, preferably in a school environment.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to communicate politely with students, parents, and staff.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Patient and able to manage children effectively during transit.
- Familiar with local routes in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
