**About the Role**

As a **Customer Advocate**, you will be the voice of our customers within the organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries, offering timely support, and providing product demos. After your training, you'll directly interact with prospective clients to guide them through their trial experience and make their ProofHub journey smooth and productive.

**Your Role**:

- Able to explain technical concepts in an effortless manner.
- Able to present the ProofHub brand in front of the clients.
- Able to understand the queries from users and provide accurate answers.
- Able to collaborate with QA and other teams to share information, issues and queries from clients and explain user queries.
- Able to provide timely and accurate responses to queries.
- Able to provide timely reports and updates to all stakeholders.
- Take ownership of all the tasks and assigned tickets.

**Must Have**
- 6 months to 1 year of experience, including both spoken and written communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
- Comfortable with learning new technology and tools quickly.
- A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

**Good to Have**
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Exposure to international client handling.
