Position: Videographer + Video Editor + Motion Graphics

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

**Responsibilities**:
**Videography**:

- Capture high-quality video footage in diverse settings, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and framing.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and execute video concepts effectively.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, ensuring its functionality and readiness for shoots.
- Backing up content after every Shoot

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive and engaging video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine and implement feedback.
- Optimizing audio quality through precision enhancement and meticulous cleaning processes

**Motion Graphics**:

- Design and create captivating motion graphics and animations to complement video content.
- Develop visually stunning titles, lower thirds, and other graphical elements.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative motion graphic solutions to projects.

**Reels Editing**:

- Craft compelling reels showcasing the best moments of projects, events, or achievements.
- Utilize creative editing to captivate and engage the audience through concise and impactful reels.
- Ensure all reels align with brand guidelines and messaging.

**Social Media Editing**:

- Tailor video content for various social media platforms, adapting to specific platform requirements.
- Understand and implement best practices for creating engaging social media video content.
- Collaborate with the social media team to align video content with broader marketing strategies.

**File Management**:

- Organize and maintain a structured file system for efficient retrieval and management of video and graphic assets.
- Ensure proper archiving and documentation of projects for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, and Motion Graphics Artist.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in videography, video editing, motion graphics, and reel creation.
- In-depth knowledge of social media video trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take creative direction and feedback.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
