- **Job Requirements**:

- 5 Years as working on Infrastructure monitoring, patching & automation products preferably BMC products (TSOM, TSA, Discovery).
- End to end life cycle of managed environments (manage from and to) covering installation, configuration, management, support and troubleshooting etc.
- Multi-platform Operating Systems basic knowledge/understanding (Windows, Linux, AIX etc). Practical experience of working on site with heterogeneous instances.
- Ability to manage projects end to end.
- Understanding of Service Delivery from Incidents, Problem, Changes to SLAs.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams, understand requirement & provide solutions/resolutions.
- Effective communication skill.
- Desire & ability to learn & grow.
- Functional knowledge or BMC Remedy & Control-M would be preferable
