**Job Title: IT Administrator - Greenfield Project**

**Location**: Olapatti, Krishnagiri District (Oppsite to OLA Plant)

**Experience Level**: 4 to 5 years in IT Infrastructure/Systems Administration

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Implementation**:

- Design and implement IT infrastructure for a new facility including servers, networks, and end-user systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and external vendors during the construction and commissioning phase.
- Develop IT policies, security protocols, and documentation for the new site.
- **Infrastructure Setup**:

- Deploy network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) including switches, routers, firewalls, and cabling.
- Install and configure servers (Windows/Linux), storage systems, and backup solutions.
- **System Administration & Support**:

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime across all IT services.
- Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Administer user access rights, system permissions, and IT asset management.
- **Cybersecurity**:

- Implement cybersecurity measures including firewalls, antivirus, and access control.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory IT security standards.
- **Vendor & Budget Management**:

- Liaise with hardware/software vendors and contractors for procurement and service delivery.
- Assist in IT budget estimation and tracking for the greenfield site.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and system administration.
- Proven experience setting up IT systems for new facilities (Greenfield/Brownfield projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with structured cabling, IP telephony, and surveillance systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
