**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Owned Cars Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of pre-owned vehicles, identifying potential customers, and ensuring an exceptional car-buying experience. You will be tasked with helping customers find the right vehicle, managing the sales process from start to finish, and achieving individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect, engage, and convert potential customers for pre-owned cars through various channels such as in-store visits, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Provide professional consultations and detailed information to customers about the available pre-owned vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to effectively showcase the vehicles to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers, ensuring both their needs and company targets are met.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring accuracy in product information and availability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
- Follow up with leads and prospects, providing updates and closing deals in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer relationships by offering exceptional after-sales service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for vehicle sales, including contracts, financing agreements, and trade-in evaluations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely promotions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to provide effective recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the dealership’s sales lot is organized and vehicles are well-presented.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in car sales, preferably in the pre-owned vehicle segment.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; experience with automotive sales software is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual.
- Knowledge of automotive market trends and the pre-owned vehicle industry is an advantage.
