**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or sourced lists.
- Use a structured script to introduce the company’s offerings and qualify interest.
- Build rapport with prospects, handle basic objections, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and appointment goals.
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily.
- Ability to follow scripts while also thinking on your feet.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
