**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and verify all customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Manage day-to-day cash handling operations and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with RBI and other financial regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs.
- Assist in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting.
- Monitor branch-level financial operations to minimize risk and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with central finance and compliance teams for statutory requirements.
- Support preparation of financial and operational reports for management review.
- Ensure accurate KYC documentation and adherence to AML policies.
- Address discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, cash management, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, RBI guidelines, and reporting standards.
- Proficient in core banking software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
