**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
- Manage and take hold of link-building strategies to boost sales and improve search engine rankings
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Search for opportunities to optimize website architecture, content, linking and other factors in the interest of improving SEO positions for target keywords (perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization)
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Ensure newly developed code meets SEO best practices by working with the development team
- Collaborates with marketing and website team to provide guidance and insight on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities. To make sure SEO best practices are properly implemented in all aspects
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Web Analytics - monitor and measure site performance, while using
- Ensure that the product/trading strategies are supported by the acquisition/marketing strategy for all trafficked channels - including SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Display working with 3rd party agencies
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
- Establish and make proper SEO guidelines for the rest of the team to follow
- Determine and monitor KPIs to know SEO strategy performance

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in SEO (preferably in thee-Commerce space)
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and time-critical situations for multiple projects, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, and a proven record of working cooperatively with flexibility as part of a team
- A commitment to meet high standards of accessibility and usability
- Knowledge of Zoho Products is an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Have a thorough understanding & experience in the e-Commerce space
