**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS Management**

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Prepare data analysis and dashboards to support business decisions.

Monitor data accuracy in MIS systems and address any discrepancies.

Automate reports and processes using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.).

**Accounting Support**:
Assist the accounts team with reconciliation, data entry, and financial reporting.

Maintain records of transactions, invoices, and related documentation.

Support in preparation of expense reports and budgets.

Help in tracking outstanding payments and follow-ups with clients/vendors.

**Collaboration & Communication**:
Work closely with the accounts and operations team to ensure smooth reporting and process execution.

Coordinate with various departments to collect and process data for accurate reporting.

Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in MIS reporting and/or basic accounting.

**Technical Skills**:
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, ).

Knowledge of accounting software like Tally, or QuickBooks.

Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles.

**Soft Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
