**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Design branding materials such as logos, business cards, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and design guidelines across all platforms.
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content as needed.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- **Proficiency in design tools** like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- **Knowledge of UI/UX tools** like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Basic video editing skills** using Premiere Pro or After Effects (a plus).
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS for web design.
- Experience with social media marketing and branding.
