*Job Title: Operation & Marketing Executive *

*Job Summary: *

*Key Responsibilities: *

1. Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to promote Kior Health Care's diagnostic services, with a focus on increasing patient footfall and brand visibility.

2. Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, flyers, brochures, and direct mailers, to effectively reach target demographics and achieve business objectives.

3. Organize and manage health camps, screenings, and awareness events in local communities to showcase our diagnostic capabilities and engage with potential patients.

4. Liaise with local healthcare professionals, community leaders, and organizations to coordinate collaborative marketing efforts and maximize outreach opportunities.

5. Conduct market research and community needs assessments to identify target areas and tailor marketing initiatives to meet specific demographic preferences and healthcare needs.

6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including medical staff, operations, and administration, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

7. Monitor and analyze offline marketing performance metrics, such as event attendance, patient inquiries, and patient referrals, to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

8. Represent Kior Health Care at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster positive relationships within the local community.

*Qualifications: *

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

2. Proven experience in offline marketing, event planning, or community outreach, preferably within the healthcare industry.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

4. Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

6. Willingness to travel locally for organizing health camps and events, as needed.

7. Compassionate and patient-centred approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services and improving patient outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,504.34 - ₹31,013.93 per month
