Job Responsibilities
- Make Calls to Teachers and other prospective clients.
- Providing them information about Book’s features, Price, etc.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand their requirements and close sales
- Persuade them to recommend or purchase the books
- Record their personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with their complaints or doubts clearance.
- Follow-up with customers within a specified time period with regards to the initial call.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Maintaining customer relationships

Eligible Criteria.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Soft Spoken
- Proficient in English & Hindi Language.
- Experience in Client dealing in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Proper Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel )
- Able to make 100 Calls in a day on average.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
