A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products or services, provide information, and address inquiries. This role requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to meet set targets and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Lead Generation**: Initiate sales pitches and persuade potential customers to purchase products or services. Generate leads through follow-up calls.

**Customer Engagement**: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while engaging with customers. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

**Product Knowledge**: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

**Data Entry**: Accurately record and update customer information, inquiries, and feedback in the company's database or CRM system.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales and customer service goals.

**Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in the company's database.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 4 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly, and professional phone voice.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency with computers in using MS Office.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of calls.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
