**Ingredient preparation**:Cutting, marinating, and prepping all necessary ingredients for Tandoor dishes like chicken tikka, naan, kebabs, etc.
- **Tandoor operation**:Maintaining the proper temperature of the Tandoor oven, rotating food items inside the oven for even cooking.
- **Cooking tasks**:Cooking various Tandoori dishes according to established recipes, ensuring proper doneness and presentation.
- **Mise en place**:Setting up the Tandoor station with all necessary ingredients and tools for the day's service.
- **Hygiene and sanitation**:Maintaining cleanliness of the Tandoor oven, work area, and equipment, following food safety guidelines.
- **Communication and teamwork**:Collaborating effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
