Experience: upto 6 months of experience

Qualification: PhD in Pathology or MBBS

Location: Thane, Mumbai

**Salary**: 6-7 LPA

**Responsibilities**:
1. Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and individuals seeking pathology-related information, providing technical knowledge.

2. Interpret and explain laboratory test results clearly to callers, doctors, and healthcare professionals.

3. Collaborate with laboratory test technicians and other healthcare professionals to gather additional information or clarify test results, as needed.

4. Serve as the custodian of technical expertise within the call center team.

Skills: Good communication skills

Proven track record in any outbound or inbound bpo

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
