**Position**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Noida-18

**Experience Required**: 06 months to 2 years

**Overview**:
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for our sales team who can handle residential/commercial property buyers from lead stage to final closure. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sales cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **H**andle incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital channels
- Conduct project briefings, site visits, and client presentations
- Convert leads in**to bookings by managing the complete sales lifecycle**

Maintain daily follow-ups and update CRM with accurate information **Meet or exceed**
**monthly & quarterly sales targets**

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- **High follow-up discipline and ability to close deals**:

- Basic working knowledge of CRM tools or Excel
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate primary sales & Resale**

Familiarity with local real estate projects, pricing, and buyer behaviour
