**Job Title: Teaching Assistant** (Physics/ Chemistry/Maths/Biology)
- **Organization: Avanti Fellows**_

**Job Type: Hybrid** (Combination of remote work and travel to nearby district schools)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in teaching Physics/Chemistry/Maths or Biology to students.
- Travel to nearby district schools at least once a week to conduct in-person sessions.
- Supporting in creating lesson plans and educational materials.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide extra help to students as needed.
- Assist in the evaluation and grading of students' performance.
- Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:B.Sc./M.Sc./ B.E./B.Tech
- A quiet room to conduct classes
- Previous experience in teaching is a plus
- Proficiency in Tamil is a must.
- Open to a hybrid work model.
- Ability to travel to schools in nearby districts.
- Work experience of 0-2 years.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

**Work Schedule**:

- Six days a week.

**Salary**:

- Up to 4 LPA.
