Job Profile : Growth Hacker - Marketing Generalist Role

**Social Media Campaigns**:

- Ideate, plan, and execute creative social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Develop engaging content, visuals, and messaging to enhance brand presence and reach target audiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company's strategies remain innovative and effective.

**Performance Marketing**:

- Demonstrate a strong acumen for performance marketing, including proficiency in utilizing advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive measurable results.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting strategies based on key performance indicators and analytics.

**Marketing Analytics**:

- Utilize analytical tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine strategies and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

**Problem Solving in Branding and Ads**:

- Address and resolve problem statements related to branding and advertisements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in brand messaging and marketing materials.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance brand visibility and impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
