Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is a key role at Raju Ki Chai, responsible for managing both the information systems and accounting functions of the business. This position requires a proficient understanding of IT systems and financial management to ensure efficient operations and accurate financial reporting, contributing directly to the business's growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Master and effectively manage both the front end and back end of the Petpooja POS software.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on using Petpooja, ensuring proficiency and efficiency in its operation.
- Analyze sales data, create detailed financial reports, and provide actionable insights for business development.
- Maintain accurate financial records and handle daily accounting tasks, including ledger management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, using payroll management software (training provided).
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and meet organizational goals.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in the fast-food or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, ideally Petpooja, and proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly instruct and manage teams.
- Organizational prowess and adeptness at handling multiple priorities under pressure.
- Team player with a detail-oriented approach, strong ethics, and a positive attitude.

Work Hours:

- This is a full-time position, typically from 10 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 7 PM, with the flexibility to extend hours occasionally for operational needs, about 3 days a week.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
