Position: VMC Section In-charge

The person in this position is responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a VMC section, as well as developing and implementing machining programs for VMC machines.

Experience: 8 years

Job Responsibilities

1. Reading technical drawings: Analyzing and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand specifications, tolerances, and material requirements.

2. Production planning: Creating and implementing production plans for the VMC section to meet production targets and timelines.

3. Quality control: Ensuring that all finished products meet the required quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing quality control measures.

4. Program development: Using solidcam software to develop machining programs that control the VMC machines and optimize production output.

5. Testing and optimizing programs: Running simulations and tests to ensure that the machining programs are functioning correctly, and optimizing them to achieve the desired results.

6. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving programming and machining issues that arise during production.

7. Equipment maintenance: Ensuring that all VMC machines are properly maintained and serviced in order to ensure maximum uptime and quality output.

8. Training and supervision: Hiring and training staff to operate VMC machines and develop machining programs, supervising their work, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

9. Process improvement: Continuously analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall output.

10. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of production, inventory, programming data, and quality control data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech(mechanical), diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Solidcam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
