**Job Title: Spoken English Trainer**

**Location: Tirur Branch, Britfort Academy**

Minimum Qualification**:1 year plus of relevant experience**

Salary Range**:₹15,000 - ₹20,000** per month

**Job Description**:
Britfort Academy, a leading educational institution, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spoken English Instructor to join our Tirur Branch. As a Spoken English Instructor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the language proficiency of our students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes for students of various proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum to meet the specific needs of the students.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English communication skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to actively participate in class.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language teaching to continually improve the quality of instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification of 1 year plus experience in teaching spoken English.
- Strong command over the English language with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Patience and understanding to work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Proven ability to create a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
