**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO Strategy Development**:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms.

**On-Page Optimization**:
Optimize website content, metadata (titles, descriptions, headings), and HTML tags.

Ensure proper URL structure, internal linking, and mobile-friendliness.

**Off-Page Optimization**:
Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.

Monitor and improve website performance through link-building strategies.

**Content Optimization**:
Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content.

Optimize existing content for target keywords and improve readability.

**Technical SEO**:
Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, duplicate content).

Work with developers to ensure proper site structure, schema markup, and XML sitemap generation.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Provide regular reports on website rankings, traffic, and key performance metrics.

**Stay Updated**:
Keep up with the latest trends and algorithm updates in search engine optimization.

Implement best practices to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with local SEO and Google My Business optimization.

Basic knowledge of paid search campaigns (PPC) and social media marketing.
