**Job Title: Sales Recruiter**

**Location**: Nariman Point, Mumbai

**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and onboard top sales professionals who align with our company values and performance goals. You will be required to recruit senior sales staff and team leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate interview schedules with sales management teams.
- Stay abreast of sales recruitment trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Great Communication Skills in English
- Great Self presentation and grooming
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on sales positions.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, markets, and what drives sales success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹44,333.35 per month
