Civil Draughtsman/woman

**Job Title**: Civil Draughtsman

**Location**: Kottarakkara

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience)

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech/Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in civil drafting or a similar role

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings based on specifications and requirements.
- Create CAD drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects, including buildings, roads, and other structures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Revise and update drawings as changes occur during the construction process.
- Ensure that all drawings adhere to building regulations and codes.
- Perform site visits to gather information and ensure the accuracy of drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors and other team members to ensure smooth execution of designs.
- Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and related documents.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with building regulations and codes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
