Parivar Seva Sanstha, a professionally managed national level Non-Governmental Not for Profit company, registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, has been working in the field of Sexual & Reproductive Health (SRH) since 1978. It provides a range of quality, affordable reproductive health services and products in 10 states in India.

The mission of the Sanstha is to enhance the quality of life of women, men, adolescent and children by addressing the challenges in health, population and development. **Job Summary**:

- Achievement of predetermine targets as per predetermine budget
- Adhering to and ensuring adhere to the systems processors rules regulation
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the unit as a self-sustaining unit
- Coordination & correspondence with Support Office
- Effective marketing & promotion of clinics services
- Client care handing & client satisfaction
- Preparation of budgets estimates for the services
- Proper Accounting of daily income & expenses
- Staff Matter such as attendance leave, discipline etc.
- Team work

**Educational Qualification**

Graduate/ Postgraduate in social science/ MBA/PGDBM preferably with, Hospital Management, experience in supervisor / managerial position as unit head BSW specialization in marketing and MSW
- Females only

**Work Experience**
- 5 to 8 Years
