**Job Description Summary**: Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- ** Technical Support**: Provide first-line technical support to operations teams, addressing equipment and system issues promptly to minimize production downtime and coordinate with Supplier and IT Team.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Support in diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues in systems, equipment and infrastructure.
- ** System Optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency by optimizing processes, equipment performance, and system functionality.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all scans, analysis and repairs, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Create and maintain instruction of the inspection and analysis.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with production, quality and IT teams to coordinate and implement technical solutions and upgrades.
- ** Training**: Provide technical training and guidance to crawler operations and annotation personnel to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- ** Incident Response**: Lead or participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
- ** Auditing**: Conduct a random audit for the analysis and ensure a same level of disposition across a plant.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Perform data Analysis of the Crawler Image and assuring process compliance before failure occurs.
- **Operational Quality**
- Perform data analysis accurately to secure Zero defect escapement and zero over processing.
- Provide on time analysis support and feedback to the plants for smooth operations in the plant.
- Drive improvements towards improving scanning methods and obtaining better quality data.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field) or Polytechnic Diploma (Mechanical/Plastic Processing or related field)
- ** Experience**: Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience/ Polytechnic Diploma with 8 -10 Years of experience in Manufacturing or Quality domain within a composite manufacturing environment. Wind background will add advantages.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- ** Communication**: Strong English language skill (verbal and written).
- ** Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- ** Decision Making**: Sets goals and regularly follow up on these goals. Takes decisions and monitors results.
- **Flexibility**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, as needed to support operations.
- Flexible to travelling across LM business units for executing training and operational support.
