**Requirements**:
Experience Level Needed: 15+ years as Champion Designer and Illustrator
- Ensure that information provided in Service Bulletins (SB) meets Customer satisfaction in terms of safety, quality, lead-time and cost level.
- Ensure expertise of mechanical or electrical SB (SB technical content, customization, policy, lead time estimation...)
- Contribute to improve overall SB quality in order to decrease the number of SB revisions and airlines’ queries.
- Guarantee the defined SB process follow-up and contribute to improve it.
- Provide complete expertise regarding other functions, subcontractors and tools improvements.
- Is considered as referent regarding the Service Bulletin (SB) engineering, authoring and simple illustrations for all aircraft programs on complex topics.
- Ensure the SB conception with accurate installation procedures and illustrations to reach SB+ philosophy and customer needs.
- Control the SB and associated List of Components.
- Ensure SB quality improvement through:

- Incoming Inspections and recording of finding to provide KPIs and Action plans
- Participation in the continuous improvement of the SB process and tools as business representative.
- Ensure the transnational coordination with other production centres for Service Bulletin involving several Local Lines.
- Ensure interface with all involved organisations in the SB process (Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech Data)
- Proactively manage relationships with all stakeholders
- Organise team to match with the business fluctuating workload

For this position the following skills are requested- Basic knowledge of Aircraft and Aeronautics- Knowledge of aircraft Systems- Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Standard such as ATA iSpec 2200 and/or S1000d.- Experience with engineering tools such as Auto CAD, CATIA.- Aircraft maintenance- Aircraft configuration Management- Proactive, good team player and good organisational skills.- Communication skills and assertiveness.- English Advanced level is mandatory
