**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with school management teams.
- Identify potential schools and present our services effectively to decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of partnering with School Dekho.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and progress in meeting business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
- Familiarity with the education industry will be an added advantage.
