- **Training and Development**: Assist in hiring and training new sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team performance against targets.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage documentation related to sales processes, maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Budget Management**: Help manage budgets related to sales activities, including travel and marketing expenses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
